- Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
- Lifetime Deals (LTD): Lifetime deals purchased via AppSumo or our website are valid for the lifetime of the product. System credits reset monthly based on your selected tier.
Anti-Spam Policy: You agree NOT to use the leads generated from our scraper to send unsolicited spam emails. You must comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other local laws. Accounts violating this will be permanently banned without refund.
3. BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) Usage
Our platform offers a "BYOK Mode" allowing you to input your own API keys (e.g., Serper.dev, SerpApi, Google Gemini).
- You are solely responsible for the billing and limits associated with your third-party API accounts.
- DealStack AI is not liable for any overage charges incurred on your personal API accounts.
- We securely store your API keys and only use them to execute your specific scraping or writing requests.
4. Data Scraping Disclaimer
DealStack AI acts as an intermediary tool that structures publicly available data from search engines and business websites.
- We are not affiliated with Google LLC, Serper.dev, or SerpApi.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the scraped data.
- You agree to use the extracted data responsibly and solely for legitimate B2B marketing purposes.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall DealStack AI, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.
